I did not take any photos on our day at sea, so I borrowed this one from a later lunch we had in Edinburgh (at the Oink restaurant, which you'll see on Day 12). I borrowed this picture because it illustrates what we basically did on our sea days - ate and drank!
I do recall that the seas were heavy with big swells, as we sailed northwest across the North Atlantic. But we didn't sway too badly on such a large ship. I rode the cycle machine in the fitness room. We attended the stage show and listened to our favorite musicians in the evening.
The cruise offers numerous happenings every day -- I counted 93 items listed in the daily newspaper for our final day at sea. However, we always ignored them except for the entertainment options. Why? Because they were almost all spa packages, sales, or extra-cost games like bingo. Here are examples:
